International Interlibrary Loan
Hamburg State und University Library accepts orders for International Library Loan:
- on IFLA loan forms (this is the only form that will be sent to other German libraries, if our library is not able to fulfill the request)
- by e-mail: Please adhere to the IFLA Guidelines for Sending ILL Requests by E-Mail
- by fax: Please adhere to the IFLA Fax Guidelines
We would prefer to get your requests by e-mail rather than by fax. Please note that we need a separate e-mail, fax or IFLA loan form for every monograph and every article you order.
We strongly recommend the use of IFLA Vouchers because it is the most practical form of paying International Library Loan charges! (Information about the IFLA Voucher Scheme).
If you are sending IFLA Vouchers please make sure that we are able to assign the vouchers to your order.
